You have been redirected to this page as the Integrity Retention Booster program has been incorporated into our newer service offerings and as a result the Patient Education Videos have moved. 

The username and password for the Patient Education Videos is now the same for all clinics, but changes on a regular basis. To obtain the current password, please log in to the Integrity members’ app or website (https://integritydoctors.app) and navigate to Learning, then “Patient Videos, Forms, and Manuals” (Open), then the top item in the list, “Patient Videos”.

Once you have the correct password, please proceed to the following page to present the Patient Education Videos.
